Club Informationen

You can change your data on our website in the profile area. On the website, log in, go to your profile and then click on the "Edit profile" area. In addition, you also have the option of having your data changed by our service department. To do so, please contact us at club@schwarzbrunn.at

 

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password?" and you will immediately receive your personal password at the email address you provided.

You can change your password on our website at any time. To do this, go to "New password" in the profile area.

 

You can register for the Elixier Club at the following link: club.schwarzbrunn.at Participation is free and unlimited.

 

Elixier: Silver: Membership is unlimited in duration, completely free, and can be canceled at any time.

Elixier:Gold: This membership is free and can be canceled at any time. However, it is generally limited to 2 years. During this period, a spend of at least EUR 5,000.00 (including VAT) is required to extend the duration by 2 years. If the membership is not extended, the Elixier Gold card will no longer be valid. However, the membership in the Elixier Silver level remains. If the member subsequently meets the requirements for the "Elixier Gold level again, they will receive a new Elixier Gold card with a new validity date.

Elixier:Diamond: This membership is free and can be canceled at any time. However, it is generally limited to 2 years. During this period, a spend of at least EUR 10,000.00 (including VAT) is required to extend the duration by 2 years. If the membership is not extended, the Elixier Diamond card will no longer be valid. However, the membership in the Elixier Silver level remains. If the member subsequently meets the requirements for the Elixier Diamond level again, they will receive a new Elixier Diamond card with a new validity date.

The access data consists of your mail address and your personal password, which you can assign yourself when you register on our website. With your access data you can identify yourself to the service to change your personal data afterwards. You can change your selected access data in your personal profile area at any time.

 

You can find your membership number in your profile area on the website.

 

Unfortunately, the membership number is not transferable.

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has their primary residence in a country of the European Economic Area or Switzerland may participate in our club program. Entrepreneurs, in particular natural persons or legal entities, are excluded from participation.

 

In this case we ask you to delete one of the two profiles, if both have already been activated. Please send an e-mail to club@schwarzbrunn.at. Please also indicate in this mail which profile (e.g. by stating the membership number) you would like to have deleted or deactivated.

With the new Elixier Club Schwarzbrunn, we want to give something back to you as guests. We want to reward you for your loyalty to our hotel. By collecting waves, you receive small gifts, exclusive rewards, and benefits that you can choose yourself.

Membership in the Elixier Club Schwarzbrunn is free.

Membership is free. For your stay at Hotel Schwarzbrunn, we convert 2% of your bill into waves. You receive 5 waves for signing up for the newsletter. For completing the interest list, we reward you with 5 waves. For your referral through our "Invite" program, you receive an additional 30 waves credited. And much more!

You can notify us of your cancellation request at any time in writing at club@schwarzbrunn.at. Termination of participation will be effective upon receipt of the cancellation.

If you need a replacement card, you can easily get a new one during your next stay at our hotel. Just come to the reception desk, and we will issue you a new card.

Yes, it is free of charge.

Elixier:Silver: Participants enjoy many exclusive benefits such as: Discounts, news and monthly highlights. Membership is free and unlimited.
Elixier:Gold: Here participants receive an exclusive service and also access to all the benefits of the Elixier:Silver level. The participant automatically slips into this level once the following criteria have been met: EUR 5,000.00 turnover within two years. Membership is free of charge.
Elixir:Diamond: Participants receive an exclusive service and access to all the benefits of the Elixir:Silver level. The participant automatically slips into this level once the following criteria have been met: EUR 10,000.00 turnover within two years. Membership is free of charge.

No, you do not need to be an Elixier member to become a member of the other levels.

    • Elixier:Silver: There is no card. Your membership number will be sent to you via email.
    • Elixier:Gold: After registering on our website or moving to this level, you will receive the card during your next stay at the hotel.
    • Elixier:Diamond: After registering on our website or moving to this level, you will receive the card during your next stay at the hotel.

    Elixier:Gold and Elixier:Diamond: After successful requalification, you will receive a new card by mail after the two-year period expires.

    Yes, but only if the actual cardholder is present. The benefits of the bonus programs can be used by the member themselves and one accompanying traveller and apply to up to two rooms.

    Data protection and security

    Guests trust in the serious handling of their data. At hotel Schwarzbrunn, data protection has top priority.

    You can manage the consents in your profile area. The consent to the newsletter, the release to marketing actions or postial cover letter are voluntary.

     

    You can send your deletion request in writing by mail or e-mail to club@schwarzbrunn.at. For a quick processing of your request, please enclose your membership number or alternatively your name, address and date of birth. Your request for deletion will be processed by us within the legal period. You can also deactivate or delete your profile in your profile area.

    Collect waves

    Our bonus club offers a variety of collection options. You can easily and conveniently collect waves on site or, in addition, attractive collection options are available in the club.

    You earn waves for every online activity and for using numerous services. Depending on the activity, for example, for a turnover of 1 euro you will receive 1 wave. Just click on Collect and learn more.

     

    1 wave corresponds to 1 euro. That means: 1,000 waves correspond to 1,000 euros.

     

    You can easily view your current wave balance in your profile. Simply go to "Profile / Waves." Here, you can also convert your waves into vouchers. The waves collected during your stay will be automatically credited to your account.

    It may take a few minutes for your wave balance to be updated. If your wave balance is not displayed correctly, please contact us here at club@schwarzbrunn.at.

    Your accumulated waves do not expire and can be redeemed for a value voucher and other rewards at any time.

     

    Redeem waves

    You can redeem your waves at any time on our website. The only decisive factor for redemption is the amount of your wave balance.

    To redeem, simply select the desired reward and download the voucher. Alternatively, you can select a freely definable amount of waves and a value voucher will be made available to you. The waves will then be deducted from the current point total.

    Log in to your profile and go to "Profile" then "Vouchers." There, you will see your available vouchers. You can either have them sent to you or download them immediately as PDFs. You can then print the PDFs as usual.

     

    Vouchers for hotel services, such as massages, early check-ins, late check-outs, etc., are already in the form of original vouchers. If you want to use the service specified on the voucher, you must present the voucher at the hotel reception/spa reception.

    For external services, you can exchange the printed voucher for an original voucher or the reward. The redemption and collection conditions are specified on the voucher.

     

    Log in to your profile and go to "Profile" then "Vouchers." There, you will see your available vouchers. You can either have them sent to you or download them immediately as PDFs. You can then print the PDFs as usual.

    During your next stay you can redeem your voucher. You can see more information in the General Terms and Conditions.

     

    Invite friends

    You can recommend your friends and family via email, WhatsApp, Facebook or other channels the hotel Schwarzbrunn. Your friends will receive a voucher as a welcome gift.

     

    If your recommendation was successful. i.e. your friend/relative was on site at the hotel and redeemed the welcome voucher, then you will receive a notification of your reward. After that, a thank you voucher will be available for you.
